Easter Sunday

I missed most of Easter morning with the kids this year. I happened to be in the tub in the early stages of labor. Thank goodness hubby was able to help them find their baskets and get them ready for church. He even remembered to snap a picture of them in their Easter outfits!

City Easter Egg Hunt

This was our first time taking the kids to a city run Easter egg hunt. It was just around the corner from our house and we thought it would be really fun! They had the kids divided into age groups so I didn’t get pictures of the other kids. It was crazy and actually quite […]

Can’t believe we are still homeless!

Well, six more weeks have gone by and we still do not have a home. It is an uncomfortable place to be. We have been attending our home ward for so long, but over the last six weeks I am feeling more and more like we don’t belong there. We are thinking of moving our […]

Well folks, it’s official. We have finally sold our home! After 3 months on the market we finally got an offer. Amusingly enough we ended up getting a second offer as well. We went with the first offer mostly because the second offer was a flipper and the first was a young family. I am […]

Catching Up- Again!

I simply cannot believe what has gone on around here in the last two months.  We have had hospital visits, surgeries and of course a birth of a new daughter. I think the simplest way to do an update on everyone is to give an update on each child separately. Xander- Now age 14, Xander […]

A Perfect Mother’s Day

Every year I say or think about the fact that I hate Mother’s Day.  I always hope that sometime I will have a Mother’s Day free of fighting. I always hope to have  clean house and I always hope to have sweet children and a husband who pampers me and gives me gifts and serves […]
