There is nothing wrong with Finn. He’s just virus prone and apparently cutting molars as well. My own pediatrician was horrified at the clinic Dr.s suggestion that he be catheterized. I was glad to hear that we are on the same page.
Edited to add, that Finn does still have allergies to corn and...

Oh I am so frustrated. For the last two months, not only has Finn had a bad corn allergy rash, but he has also been sick with one bug after another that whole time. Is a low immune system a side effect of corn allergy? Who knows. All I know is that Finn has a fever...

Wow, this One a Day thing is tough! I find I’m having trouble pulling out my camera every single day. It’s hard to think of things to photograph in my messy house too.  I’ll just keep doing the best I can. I do want to document my life/feelings in pictures though which is...

I entitled this post, Finn sleeps, because this child does. He is the best sleeper I’ve parented and I have been so grateful for it. As a very young infant he slept 4-6 hours through the night. Something that had been unheard of in my home before. He is a sweet tempered easygoing baby and...

I want you to imagine you are looking at the most beautiful picture of a 13 month old nursing. The picture is in grainy black and white and almost look filmy even though it’s digital. It is taken directly from above and all you can see is the sweet look on the baby’s face of...
