What? School is fun?

I think it truly surprised him. I think he pictured rows and rows of desks and dry lectures with lots and lots of homework. It was so not like that! After the first day he was very much wanting me to sign him up and thanks to my wonderful MIL I was able to! He loves the teacher and the class is very small so there is a lot of student/teacher interaction. I feel like this was the perfect time for this. He was just starting to lose focus and to let himself wander into the “bored of learning” category. I know that is a lot my fault, but I am just not as creative as I would like to be when it comes to school. He is almost 13 years old and I am just at a loss of what to do to make learning fun for a youth. The littles are easy.

It feels so wierd to have him in school though. Very very wierd. LOL
